  Secure Ordering

You are about to entered our secure ordering section.  This section is for you to order parts and products that are not "on-the-shelf" or are not listed on this site and cannot be ordered with the regular shopping cart.

To continue, it is best that you know the part numbers of the items that you want and enter that onto the secure ordering form.  A precise description of the part may also work but may incur un-necessary delay when we have to check out the part and then confirm with you.

As we will not know the shipping charges until we have picked your order, don't worry about the total.  If you know the prices and want to add them up yourself, please do so and enter the total onto the ordering form. If you do not have a calculator handy, just don't worry about that and enter 999, we will tabulate your total for you when we get your order.

Shipping costs vary based on weight, size and shipping method and I have not yet derived a way to generate that automatically and accurately so it is left off the ordering form.  In general, shipping a canopy and a set of blades will incur extra charges as this odd couple increases the package size dramatically.  Final shipping costs will be added to the invoice which we will email to you as an order confirmation when done.

As a general guideline, Federal Express is fast but expensive and not recommended for bulky packages like helicopter kits, blades, tail boom and canopy etc. as they charge by size.  Speed post is a day or two more but much more reasonably prices as their size limits are extremely generous.  Minimum shipping costs for Fed. Ex. and Speed Post to US are $25 and $15 respectively and $40 and $20 to Europe respectively.

Some credit card companies automatically decline overseas transactions.  Therefore, please check on your order status at our Online Secure Order Status tracking page after you received your invoice from us.  Should your order be marked "Card declined", please contact your credit card company to resolve the situation.  The tracking page is to help us deliver the latest status of your order to you instead of sending individual emails which we have stopped already.  Our system will retry charging automatically every other day for a period of 3 weeks and then your order will be automatically cancelled.
