R/C models and helicopters are not toys and have their potential
danger. By buying from CHRC, you automatically relief CHRC of
any responsibilities and liabilities for any claims and damages,
whether incidental or consequential, directly or indirectly caused by
any of your R/C equipments. ***
Specifically applicable to model engines, DO NOT OPEN or
DISASSEMBLE an engine suspected of failure until you have talked to
us or instructed by our Warranty Department to do so. Failing
which will caused your warranty terms to be revoked.

CHRC mails all products you purchased for you solely under your
specific instructions. By instructing CHRC to send your
purchased products by, including but not limited to air parcel, speed
post, EMS or courier services, you automatically assumed all
responsibilities for, including but not limited to, shipping charges,
tax, VAT, customs fees etc. You further hold CHRC harmless from
any claims, whether incidental or consequential, that may arise from
shipping the purchased products under your instructions and on your
behalf.

All shipments CHRC ships out are automatically covered by our
corporate insurance policy. Lost or damaged shipment can only be
claimed by:
a.
refusing to accept a damaged package
b. the
package is duly certified in writing as damaged by the courier
c. the
package is certified lost in writing by the courier
No insurance claims will be entertained other than those meeting
one or more of the above criteria.
If you are in doubt, ask the delivery man to wait while you open
the package for inspection and have him witness and certify any
discrepancies that you find. |
